Proxomitron alternative?

OK, so I'm going to be reinstalling WinXP Home SP2 on my new system and run that for at least a little while and waiting to see if anything other windows version is worth it. In the meantime, is there a good alternative to Proxomitron that doesn't require me to bypass it all the time to see certain web sites in IE or Opera? What are you using now?
