Happy New year!

Just wanted to wish everyone a happy new year, stay safe and don't blow of any appendages.

Gonna go veg out for a bit, we had an awesome dinner, Foie gras on toast with sage on rhubarb foam (Oh dear that was good, this is sex on a plate), a huge rib-eye steak cooked sous-vide and then seared to all hell on the gas grill, and finally Crème Brûlée for dessert.. yum!
