Food network.. What the fuck happened?

So I've finally got food network again because we got cable layed down and the mega channel package was cheap.

What the fuck happened to food network? All I can find is shit shit shit. Ego tards blabbering speewing catchphrases and abhorrent food. None of the shows teaches shit, just recipe mongoloids and food I would'nt serve my cats.

Where's awesome stuff the likes of Alton Brown (Good eats), Two fat ladies, Anthony Bourdain, Jacque Pepin, Julia Child, Heston Blumenthal etc.. that actually taught you something AND made good food?

It's like a culinary wasteland now, all I want to do is spit at the TV screen show after show.
