MS Bing search misleading users

MS are getting really desperate.

First it was Live search sending fake search referrals in the form of one word faked visitors, then they switched to using Bing as domain name and the fake referrals started coming from Bing.

Now they have started to outright lie in the search engine results.

For example is you search for "How to make pasta" (Just an example) they will grab some results relevant to pasta, for example types of pasta. Then instead of showing the real title of a page that is really "The different types of pasta" they change the title of the page in the results and lists it as "How to make pasta" but then when you click on it, it's really a page with the title "The different types of pasta" that is not what the user searched for at all.

This makes it look to webmasters (and other checking out Bing) as Bing is sending lots of traffic, which they are. But the results the visitor gets is totally irrelevant to what they searched for so of course this traffic is useless and a visitor would leave right away when they didn't get the results they expected.
