What the fuck is up with the ping reported in the server browser?

Almost ALL servers are reported as 2 times the ping as you get when you actually jump on that server and the pings are totally random.

For example the new acu servers, #1 shows as 45ms for me, then #2 which is eactly the same running on the same machine list as 80ms, then if you refresh the servers they are both around 25ms.

If I then jump on them and hit "stat net" I get a rock solid 20ms on them all?

This is the same for all servers listed in the server browser, I checked some US server that reported 500ms+ and I go on them and I get a solid 120 just like I always did?
