UT3 laggy for anyone else?

I been noticing some strange lag in the game after playing a lot, it doesn't matter if it's online or offline.

Input lag:

Sometimes a dodge will cancel.

Sometimes a dodge will be delayed, like over a half second, especially walldodges.

Audio lag

Lots of times it takes seconds before I hear "flag taken", it's like audio events gets cued up and important events don't get priority, I hear shit like "double kill, multi kill, mega kill.........................flag taken" when "flag taken" is what's important not how many sprees I'm getting. Or someone grabs flag, gets killed and the flag is returned and someone immidiately grabs it again, it finishes saying "flag returned" ......seconds pause..... "flag taken"

This is realy bad because in fast games on small maps that event lag will mean the efc is out of the base before I hear "flag taken"

This is not because my system can't handle it, I'm getting like 150 fps average in these maps in a quadcore, 8800gts with 4 gig ram, it happens even on the "hardcore low poly" maps and I'm getting crazy fps like 500 average on those.
