Kens semi new system 2010

Ok, so I relied on the availabillity assesment on the company page for my HF5970 so it would ship after the 1st this month, but the fuckers sent it last friday so it arriwed today along with my Intel X25m G2 SSD

I rip my system apart, vacuum and all that and the bloody thing is 32cm and NOT 31 like it said on the order page, for fucks sake..

I had to take a metal cutter thingy to the hard drive area to cut a snippet off to make room, booted and it worked, phew...

Now I'm trying to install windows 7 on the SSD but it just hangs after the initial text mode loading of various files.., then a blue wallpaper with a bird on just sits there and nothing happens.

God I love computers

I'm back on win xp for the moment, just installed the ati drivers and downloading that haven inigine demo before I do anything else..
