Heston Blumenthal is fucking crazy, and I love him

As I've mentioned before, I cook using the sous-vide technique at home. One of the chefs evangelizing this technique is Heston Blumenthal of the Fat Duck (3 Michelin starred restaurant in England)

Here's Heston sous-vide cooking a whole damn pig in a hot tub using an endoscopy camera to position stuffing inside the pig.
